OBJECTIVE
Ferringhi Residence 2 is a flagship project by Mah Sing Group Berhad. Situated in Batu Ferringhi, Penang, this resort-style condominium offers sumptuous living spaces, top-notch facilities and accessibility to a number of destinations. We developed the content and design of the website, motion graphics and social media posts to promote this residence.

We crafted the content of the social media posts, opting for catchy headlines and arresting graphics to emphasise Ferringhi Residence 2's offerings and seize the audience's attention. We provided English and Mandarin copy.
Our content planning covered multiple aspects ranging from product and property developer information to lifestyle (food and attractions dotted throughout Penang) to give the audience a total picture of what it would be like to live at Ferringhi Residence 2.
