Body Safety Education is an initiative by Penang State EXCO Office for Women & Family Development. It aims to prevent child sexual abuse by promoting awareness of this issue and empowering both parents and children through comprehensive information. Among the attendees of the campaign and book launch were Penang Chief Minister Chow Kon Yeow, state Youth & Sports, Women, Family and Community Development Committee chairperson YB Chong Eng and subject matter experts who joined the panel discussion for a meaningful dialogue.

We created the Body Safety Education book which was inspired by author Jayneen Sanders, a public advocate for children’s safety, education and empowerment. We also designed the Body Safety badge of honour.
