Themed '40 Ruby Years', Hunza Properties Berhad's 40th anniversary marked yet another impressive year in the property and real estate industry. In celebration of this achievement, Hunza launched a limited-time promotion which involved our graphic design and textual content.

Our scope of work encompassed the backdrop for the annual dinner event, newspaper advertisements and flyers.
Strategically situated at Bayan Lepas, Penang International Commercial City (PICC) by Hunza has it all - first-rate infrastructure, strategic connectivity, integrated convenience, cutting-edge technology and smarter and greener living. Our content creation featured the incorporation of these important details and tasteful designs.
PICC Sales Gallery was transformed into an enchanting park illuminated by LED lights, hence its name Glow In The Park. In our design of the logo, we selected the colours and typeface that captured the vibrance of the park during nighttime.
